Job Description:

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager Strategic Growth and Partnerships to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition, fostering long-term partnerships, and identifying opportunities for strategic growth. Your role will involve leveraging multiple communication channels, including emails, calls, and in-person meetings, to secure new business, nurture client relationships, and collaborate on innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Development and Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and partners by understanding their goals and challenges.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify and execute mutually beneficial growth opportunities.

2. Strategic Growth Initiatives:

  • Research and explore new markets, client segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development goals.
  • Leverage insights from industry trends and competitor activities to refine growth strategies.

3. Business Development and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach, including cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Participate in industry events and represent the company to build a strong network of prospects.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools to track leads and ensure timely follow-ups.

4. Proposal Development and Presentation:

  • Prepare professional and tailored proposals that align with client needs and highlight the unique value of our services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant insights for proposal creation.
  • Effectively present proposals, address client concerns, and negotiate contracts to close deals.

5. Client Success and Revenue Growth:

  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering customized solutions and exceptional experiences.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to maximize revenue potential.
  • Build long-term partnerships that drive mutual success and business sustainability.

6. Reporting and Performance Analysis:

  • Regularly generate and analyze sales performance reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Use insights to optimize strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with the HR services industry (preferred).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools (a plus).
  • Willingness to travel for in-person meetings and events.
