Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru for the role of Junior Store Manager. The Junior Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring seamless store management and efficient functioning. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction, monitoring inventory and stock control, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining a positive shopping environment. Additionally, the Junior Store Manager will implement strategies to minimize retail losses and uphold company standards while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee daily inventory of raw materials, packaging, and kitchen supplies.


• Ensure timely ordering, receiving, and stocking of items to avoid shortages.


• Maintain accurate stock records in the system and conduct regular audits.


• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of raw materials and supplies.


• Negotiate pricing, quality, and payment terms to optimize cost efficiency.


• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure smooth store operations.


• Ensure compliance with F&B standards, hygiene guidelines, and safety practices.


• Monitor and report daily store activities, including inflow/outflow of materials.


• Update daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock, consumption, and wastage.


• Maintain records of purchase orders, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and invoices.


• Implement best practices in inventory control and store operations.
