About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, organised, and driven
Management Trainee
to join the COO's Office.

This is a unique role designed for someone who enjoys tracking progress, coordinating across departments, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

You will work directly with the COO to monitor company-wide initiatives, follow up on action items, and provide timely updates and escalations.

The position offers deep exposure to how a fast-growing tech business operates — an ideal launchpad for a future career in business operations, consulting, or project management.

Key Responsibilities


• Maintain and update the COO's
project and task tracker
across departments.


•
Follow up
with teams (Development, Consulting, HR, Finance, etc.) to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met.


•
Escalate bottlenecks
or potential issues promptly to the COO.


• Capture
meeting minutes
, track action items, and ensure closure.


• Prepare
weekly and monthly performance summaries
and dashboards for the COO's review.


• Assist in the preparation of
presentations, reports, and review materials
.


• Identify areas where
coordination or process improvements
are needed and suggest solutions.


• Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives driven from the COO's office.

Candidate Profile

Education


• MBA / PGDM (Tier 2 or Tier 3 B-School preferred)


• Graduate in Business / Commerce / Engineering with excellent academic record

Ideal if we can look for people who held leadership positions in school or college as we are looking for strong coordination and analytical skills.

Experience


• 0–3 years of work experience.


• Exposure to
project coordination, operations, consulting, or business analysis
preferred.


• Internships or short stints in
SaaS, ERP, or technology
companies are a plus.

Key Skills


• Excellent
organizational and tracking
abilities.


• Strong
communication skills
– both written and verbal.


• Comfortable with
Excel / Google Sheets
, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools (MS Teams, ClickUp, Asana, Jira, etc.).


• Analytical mindset; ability to interpret data and identify gaps.


• Tech-savvy and curious about how systems and processes work.
