Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively monitor client environments to ensure applications and systems are running smoothly.
  • Verify system readiness before and after market sessions across APAC, EMEA, and NOAM regions.
  • Monitor FIX connectivity and resolve or escalate alerts promptly.
  • Assist in coordinating client communications (email, phone) for status updates and basic troubleshooting.
  • Escalate critical alerts and issues to senior team members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Learn and utilize internal monitoring tools and industry-standard platforms.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, networking, or software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Willingness to work in shifts(especially night shift) to support global trading markets.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model as per company hybrid guidelines
  • open to any weekends not limited to Sat, Sunday
