Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in residential, commercial, and industrial solar segments.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and channel networks (dealers, distributors, EPC contractors).
Oversee tendering, bidding, and project sales processes for government and corporate clients.
Drive expansion into new markets and regions.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve consistent growth.
Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the sales team.
Foster a results-oriented, customer-focused culture within the team.
Develop and implement marketing plans and digital campaigns to promote solar solutions.
Plan product positioning, market penetration, and brand-building activities.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and renewable energy events to increase brand visibility.
Maintain relationships with key clients, EPC partners, and government authorities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
Oversee contract negotiation and closure of high-value deals.
Prepare and manage annual sales budgets, forecasts, and profitability analysis.
Report monthly sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to top management.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
Minimum 8–15 years of experience in Solar / Renewable Energy / Power / Electrical Equipment industry.
Proven track record in sales leadership, business expansion, and managing large teams.
Strong understanding of solar EPC, rooftop, and O&M business models.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
