Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers to PPG products by configuring products according to customer specifications and requirements.
  • Interpret customer requirements and translate them into accurate system configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, escalating where necessary
  • Issue eLearning and welcome emails to allow new customers to become fully conversant with the features and benefits of the solution(s) they have purchased.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining configuration guides, templates and best practices

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Able to receive verbal instruction and take accurate notes, creating documentation where necessary
  • Experience of being able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Good understanding of the business/customer base
  • Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work to deadlines while managing a varied workload
  • Confidence in the use of IT for business purposes including proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Pro-active and forward thinking
  • Demonstrates good numeracy and analytical skills· Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
