Sales Executive- For Paper Industry

Job description:
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the Paper industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our range of paper products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers in assigned territories and market segments.
- Promote and sell the company's paper products to wholesalers, printers, packaging firms, and other industrial clients.
- Conduct cold calls, client visits, and presentations to generate new leads and close deals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain a deep understanding of different types of paper products, their uses, and technical specifications.
- Stay updated on industry developments, sustainable solutions, and innovations in paper manufacturing.
- Analyse the market and internal purchase department to keep the stock
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the paper, printing, or packaging industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes and customer lifecycle management.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with occasional overtime based on project or sales deadlines.
- Requires regular travel for client meetings, market visits, and trade events.
- Office-based with fieldwork as needed.
Salary as per market standards and previous experience and experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
