Role & responsibilities

  • Sales Coordination:
  • Support the sales team in day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
  • Follow up with clients for payment collection and post-sales support.

Tender Management:

  • Identify relevant tenders through online portals and other sources.
  • Collect, review, and compile all necessary documents required for tender submission.
  • Prepare tender documents, including technical and commercial proposals, in coordination with internal teams.
  • Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain proper records of submitted tenders.
  • Liaise with clients and government/private agencies for tender clarifications and updates.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Act as a point of contact for clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and order status.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Support customer visits, meetings, and product presentations.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, quotation preparation, and tender documentation.
