Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Technical Project Manager – Product Development to join our team at our Noida office. In this on-site role, you will oversee and drive the end-to-end management of product development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing cross-functional teams, communicating with stakeholders, overseeing budgeting and resource allocation, and driving innovation during the research and development phase. You will play a key role in aligning technical solutions with organizational goals and client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical and Research and Development (R&D) skills to assess project feasibility, identify innovative solutions, and resolve complex problems
  • Proficient Communication skills to ensure stakeholder alignment, team collaboration, and clear project documentation
  • Proven experience in Budgeting and Program Management to manage resources effectively and meet project timelines
  • Educational background in engineering, computer science, project management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Experience in product development, particularly in a technical or software-driven environment, is a plus
