We are growing fast and looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in e-commerce. If you enjoy working on online marketplaces, managing day-to-day operations, and taking responsibility for smooth workflow, this role will fit you well.

You'll be involved in everything from listing new products to handling accounts, coordinating with staff, and ensuring orders go out on time. This is a stable, full-time office job with good growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Work on Tally Prime (latest version) for GST, purchase, sales, payments, and basic accounting
  • Manage our seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, Blinkit and other platforms
  • Add new products daily with proper titles, descriptions, and category selection
  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini to speed up content and daily tasks
  • Coordinate and supervise the in-house packaging staff
  • Manage shipments, returns, replacements, claims, and courier-related issues
  • Maintain inventory records, check stock levels, and follow up with vendors
  • Handle printing tasks like label printing and basic documentation

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with Tally Prime and GST
  • Understanding of e-commerce marketplaces
  • Good computer skills (Excel, email, basic troubleshooting)
  • Ability to learn and use AI tools
  • Strong communication and team coordination
  • Someone who is proactive, responsible, and organized
