  • Key ResponsibilitiesPerform all types of welding and fabrication work as per production and maintenance requirements, including:
  • MIG Welding (Metal Inert Gas)
  • TIG Welding (Tungsten Inert Gas)
  • Arc Welding / Stick Welding
  • Gas Welding / Oxy-Acetylene Welding
  • Spot Welding
  • Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW)
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure high-quality welds with proper finishing and strength.
  • Follow all safety standards, PPE usage, and company procedures.
  • Support maintenance and project teams in fabrication-related tasks.
  • Candidate RequirementsITI / Diploma in Welding or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of welding experience in manufacturing/industrial setup.
  • Proficient in all types of welding techniques mentioned above.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically fit and safety-conscious.
