Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Naval Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, analysis, and development of marine vessels and offshore structures, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This role offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development within the fast-evolving field of ocean technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop general arrangements, hull forms, and structural layouts.
  • Perform hydrostatic, hydrodynamic, and stability analyses.
  • Design propulsion, steering, and mooring systems.
  • Prepare detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Rhino, or relevant naval architecture software.
  • Ensure projects meet IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, and classification society standards (ABS, DNV, BV, TASNEEF, etc.).
  • Prepare technical documentation and coordinate class approval submissions.
  • Conduct surveys, inclining experiments, and sea trials for new and retrofitted vessels.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
  • Assess and recommend improvements for existing vessels.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong understanding of naval architecture and marine engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in CAD and specialized naval architecture design software.
  • Working knowledge of classification and maritime regulatory standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
