Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Specialist based in Gurugram. The specialist will be responsible for monitoring and managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, tracking payments, and managing debt collection activities. Additional responsibilities include reviewing financial records, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining effective communication with clients to resolve payment or billing issues.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and ensure accuracy in receivables and reporting
  • Proficiency in Finance and prior experience in accounts management or billing processes
  • Debt Collection experience and an understanding of credit and collections processes
  • Expertise in Invoicing and managing billing cycles with attention to detail
  • Effective Communication skills for collaboration with clients and internal teams
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools is advantageous
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields is preferred
