  • Lead Conversion
    : Handle inbound leads and convert them into enrollments through effective follow-ups.
  • Client Relationship Management
    : Build trust and long-term relationships with students & professionals.
  • Counselling
    : Provide guidance on courses, universities, and career opportunities.
  • Target Achievement
    : Consistently meet sales and enrollment targets.
  • CRM Management
    : Track leads and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaboration
    : Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processes.
  • Customer Support
    : Resolve queries with timely and impactful solutions.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience
    : 1+ year in sales/counselling (EdTech preferred).
  • Communication
    : Excellent verbal & written English.
  • Skills
    : Strong client handling, persuasion & negotiation.
  • Tools
    : Comfortable with CRM & MS Office.
  • Mindset
    : Energetic, target-driven, and adaptable.
