  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills; Self-starter attitude and Ability to work independently; time management skills
  • Usage of MS Excel and basic ability to analyse data
  • Develop a roster and potential client list based on New Product Offering and market Conditions.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote Swayams' new product Offering.
  • Identify client needs and provide information on available properties and services.
  • Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team to follow up.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, conversations, and client information in Excel.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure ongoing engagement and interest.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and company services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
