Hiring for Tool Room Engineer/Technician for Electrical Lamination punching Tool Room
 
Post: Tool Room Engineer/Technician
 
Experience: Min 02-06 Years
 
Qualification: Diploma/B. Tech (Mechanical), ITI(Tool-Die maker(Die-moulds))
 
A diploma in Tool And Die Making from NTTF  should be preferred.
 
Salary: up to 5 LPA

Job-Role & Key Responsibility:
  • Development of  tools, progressive tool, tandem tool, Compound tool, gang tool.
  • Tool trial , TRIM FINALIZATION and correction of tool after trial.
  • PART LAYOUT INSPECTION REPORT as per dimensions.
  • DRAFTING OF TOOLS.
  • Assist in development and improvement of new and current tools.
  • Work with project manager to provide input on product and design.
  • Manufacturing, Assembly And Maintenance of Press Tools(Progressive, Compound, Blanking, Bending Tools)
  • Handling of Precision Machine Area.
  • Tool Trails and its Reports.
  • Preparation of Daily Work Plan And its Allotment.

Technician Skills:-

  • Press tool's maintenance, Notching tool's maintenance, Progressive tool's maintenance, independent shift Handling ,
  • All types of tool room machines operating

 
Note: Candidate should have experience in Progressive Tool. Automobile industry candidates can not be consider..
