What Are We Doing? At The Apprentice Project (TAP), we're building India's boldest bet on education equity - using AI, immersive learning, and multilingual content to help students unlock confidence, creativity, and essential life skills.
One of our core focus areas is Financial Literacy - empowering children with the knowledge and habits needed to make informed financial decisions early in life. Our curriculum simplifies money management concepts, connects them to real-world contexts, and fosters financial confidence among students.
Who We're Looking For We're seeking a Video Consultant - Financial Literacy who can combine subject knowledge with creativity to design and deliver engaging, student-friendly video lessons. You will conceptualize, plan, record, and edit educational videos that bring financial concepts to life for students in government and low-income schools. If you're passionate about making finance fun and accessible, and you enjoy blending creativity with education, we'd love to meet you.
About The Role Location: Remote Time Commitment: 3 videos per week Compensation: ₹2000 - ₹2,500 per video Reports to: Team Lead/Manager - Curriculum Type: Part-time
What You'll Do Content Creation
  • We're seeking a Video Consultant - Financial Literacy who can combine subject knowledge with creativity to design and deliver engaging, student-friendly video lessons.
  • You will conceptualize, plan, record, and edit educational videos that bring financial concepts to life for students in government and low-income schools.

Curriculum Alignment & Student Impact
  • Ensure all video content aligns with TAP's curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Use real-life examples to help students connect financial principles to everyday life.
  • Create age-appropriate, concept-driven lessons that promote understanding and application.
  • Collaborate with the Curriculum Team to integrate feedback and continuously improve content.

Who You Are
  • You have a strong foundational understanding of financial concepts such as budgeting, saving, and money management.
  • You are curious and research-driven, with the ability to simplify complex topics into engaging, easy-to-understand lessons.
  • You bring a creative and solution-oriented mindset, using innovative approaches to make financial literacy fun and relatable for students.
  • You have basic working knowledge of video editing and experience using tools like Canva to design visually appealing templates.
  • You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality, student-centric content.
  • You are comfortable communicating in English and Hindi, ensuring clarity and connection with diverse student audiences.
  • You are collaborative, organized, and proactive, able to manage your deliverables and timelines effectively.
  • Bonus: Prior experience in education, curriculum design, or EdTech content creation will be an added advantage.
