Job Description: Marathi AI Content Writer (Remote/Part-Time)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly proficient and detail-oriented Marathi AI Content Writer to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in training and improving the performance of our Large Language Models (LLMs) by generating, evaluating, and refining content in Marathi. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of artificial intelligence in the Marathi language domain.

Key Responsibilities

As a Marathi AI Content Writer, your focus will be on ensuring the AI model produces high-quality, relevant, and culturally appropriate content. Your tasks will include:

  • Prompt Engineering & Content Generation:
  • Develop creative, clear, and challenging prompts (questions, scenarios, instructions) across a diverse range of topics, including sports, health, food, technology, fashion, video games, literature, and music.
  • Generate and write high-quality, grammatically flawless, and contextually appropriate responses/conversations in Marathi for the AI to learn from.
  • Write, rewrite, and/or rate generated content and conversations to improve model accuracy and fluency.
  • Evaluation & Quality Assurance (QA):
  • Assess and rate the quality, relevance, factual accuracy, and coherence of AI-generated prompts and responses.
  • Ensure all content adheres to predefined ethical, safety, linguistic, and project-specific criteria and objectives.
  • Perform data annotation/labeling of text and/or images to provide structured input for AI training.
  • Review and edit machine translations, ensuring cultural nuance and linguistic integrity are maintained (transcreation).

Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency (Mandatory):
  • Native-level fluency and expert command of the Marathi language (writing, reading, and grammar).
  • Strong command of the English language (reading comprehension and professional written communication) to understand project guidelines and tools.
  • Experience & Skills (Preferred):
  • Proven experience in content writing, copyediting, translation, or transcription/annotation.
  • Experience with linguistic tasks, such as translation review or transcreation.
  • Familiarity with the concepts of prompt engineering and large language model (LLM) evaluation is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong critical thinking/analytical skills to identify subtle errors or biases in AI-generated text.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively for part-time hours, and consistently meet project deadlines.
