Role Description

The Relationship Manager for the Agriculture Department is responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities in the agriculture sector within the Chhattisgarh region, with a primary location in Raipur. This full-time, on-site role involves building relationships with farmers and agricultural stakeholders, analyzing credit needs, delivering financial solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will engage with the local community, promote agricultural financial products, and contribute to the holistic development of rural areas aligned with the organization's mission.

Qualifications

  • Experience in relationship management, customer service, and client acquisition
  • Knowledge of agriculture finance, rural banking, and microfinance
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
  • Proficiency in team coordination and client-oriented solutions
  • Ability to analyze credit and assess business requirements of agricultural clientele
  • Graduate or postgraduate in agriculture, business administration, or a related field
  • Understanding of Chhattisgarh's agricultural landscape and familiarity with the region is preferred
  • Proficiency in local languages will be an added advantage
