Revenue Associate
Job DescriptionResponsible for executing and delivering all billing / revenue-related processes and tasks for the assigned markets/clusters, including validation of sales orders and contracts, invoicing, revenue recognition, and accounting. Ensures compliance with global standards. This position reports to the Billing & Revenue Team Leader/Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Timely preparation and execution of the following activities according to global and regional schedules:
- Validate the accuracy of orders received in SAP from Microsoft Dynamics, based on internal company processes and policies.
- Collaborate with the Order Management team to ensure that orders received in SAP comply with US GAAP and NIQ policies.
- Process customer invoicing and handle invoice cancellations/credit note creation.
- Process revenue recognition.
- Prepare reports related to billing and revenue.
- Responsible for performing billing/revenue controls.
- Prepare accruals, provisions, cancellations, and account reconciliations.
- Generate month-end reports on unbilled balances and deferred balances in accordance with US GAAP/statutory standards and global processes.
- Raise any issues identified that are not aligned with NIQ policies and US GAAP standards.
- Support markets during audits (CAS, statutory, VAT, etc.) and assist with related documentation collection.
- Work with the Revenue Leader to support their deliverables.

- Experience collaborating with remote stakeholders
- Over 2 years of experience in the financial field
- Understanding of revenue and accounting processes (order management, invoicing, collections, and cash application)
Education:
- Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- Fluency in English and local language mandatory (Spanish and Portuguese).
