Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive for a full-time role in Delhi. The ideal candidate will manage accounting operations, including executing accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting financial decision-making processes. This position requires expertise in accounting practices and a solid understanding of financial legislation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in accounting practices, with the ability to handle and interpret financial data accurately.
  • Strong understanding and application of GST and TDS regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated skill in conducting detailed bank reconciliation processes to maintain accurate financial statements.
  • Experience in recording precise journal entries to support routine financial transactions.
  • Adept at accurately processing sales entries, ensuring alignment with company accounts and financial reports.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external partners for seamless financial operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify financial discrepancies and provide effective solutions.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial protocols.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to aid senior management in strategic planning.
  • Handle GST and TDS compliance, ensuring timely filing and resolution of related queries with tax authorities.
  • Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of cash flow statements and account balances.
  • Record and manage journal and sales entries, ensuring accurate and timely reflection of business transactions.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure successful financial audits and tax assessments.
  • Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify improvements to financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
