We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
HR Manager
to oversee all human resource functions at our Darjeeling properties. The ideal candidate must be
from or around Darjeeling
and have a thorough understanding of the local area, workforce, and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance at the unit level.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Coordinate payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance.
  • Drive employee engagement, welfare activities, and performance management.
  • Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Liaise with local authorities and vendors when required.
  • Support management with manpower planning and HR analytics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    8 years of HR experience
    , preferably in the
    hospitality industry
    .
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Local candidates only
    (from or around Darjeeling).
