Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Digital Marketer to join our growing marketing team at Prava Software Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and ultimately, generating leads/sales for our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Website & Content: Design, build, and maintain our social media presence and update website content as needed (e.g., blog posts, landing pages).
- Measurement & Reporting: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Analytics: Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Technology: Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Research: Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- SEO/SEM: Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager) and experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad campaigns.
- Content & Social Media: Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus.
- Data-Driven: Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
