Job Overview

The Academic Head position is a senior-level role based in Guwahati. This full-time position requires 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will oversee curriculum development, strategic academic planning, and lead educational leadership initiatives. The Academic Head will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of educational programs and teacher performance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Curriculum Development (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in designing and implementing academic curricula tailored for competitive exams such as IITJEE & NEET.
  • Educational Leadership (Mandatory skill): Strong leadership capabilities in guiding faculty and students towards achieving academic excellence.
  • Academic Planning (Mandatory skill): Expertise in strategic planning to enhance educational outcomes and align with institutional goals.
  • Teacher Training: Ability to conduct effective teacher training sessions to improve teaching skills and methodologies.
  • Student Assessment: Skilled in assessing student performance and providing constructive feedback for improvement.
