We are hiring for the role of
Performance Marketing Manager from a D2C/FMCG Background
for the
Gurgaon
location.

Experience: 5 Years - 7 Years

Salary: 8 L.P.A. - 10 L.P.A.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, with a focus on driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.

· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including website management, SEO/SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.

· Must possess proficiency in managing a monthly marketing budget ranging from 15 to 20 lakh.

· Manage and optimize the company's website to enhance user experience, increase organic traffic, and improve conversion rates.

· Oversee the company's social media presence across all digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

· Create engaging content for social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and other digital marketing channels.

· Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, search engine algorithms, social media platforms, and online advertising techniques.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.

· Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives as needed.

● Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI.

● Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.

● Must possess proficiency in managing a monthly marketing budget ranging from 10 to 15 lakh.

● Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google search console, etc.

● Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).

● Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes.

● Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation.

● Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.
