Role Description

The Logistics Specialist will oversee and manage day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations to ensure efficient performance and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, handling export processes, resolving supply chain issues, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external partners. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate logistics processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience in supply chain management and knowledge of best practices in logistics operations.
  • Understanding of export procedures and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
