Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of HR Intern based in Vadodara. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, managing various processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives. The individual will contribute to the company's mission by ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and the achievement of departmental and company goals. Daily tasks may include developing strategies, implementing processes, and maintaining effective communication with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in operational management and process coordination within the manufacturing or food processing industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Prior experience in the agro-products or related industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Vadodara and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment we
