Vba Developer

As a Developer in automation team, you will be responsible for development of automation projects/requests utilizing but not limited to VBA (Visual Basic for Application) / Excel Macros / Advanced Excel Formulas and Features; Power Platform Applications i.e. Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate Sharepoint. Expected to add new skills / technologies evolving during the journey.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES
Development / scripting of automation projects
Proactively communicate with concerned stakeholders for requirement gathering / feasibility study etc.
Proficient in development of automation tools / improve processes using smart scripts (VBA / macros)
Handson experience on advanced excel formulas and features.
Participate in knowledge sharing sessions with team.
Analyze information and utilize to build recommendations to reduce errors and improve process performance
Ensure timely and accurate update on project information / status and other key details in SDA Project Trackers
Collaborate and workout accurate productivity benefits received from automation projects
Proficient in developing Visual reports, Dashboards
CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Strong communication skills.
Should have sound customer service skills and soft skills with prime focus being on customer satisfaction
Problem Solving, Decision Making, Mentoring
Ability to work with team members across locations and communicate with clients
Self-Starter with ability to work independently and less supervision
Ability to drive process improvements
