Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a strong command over visual storytelling, branding, motion graphics, and modern AI-powered design workflows. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who can independently conceptualize, design, and deliver high-impact creative assets across print, digital, social media, video, and marketing collateral while consistently meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities & KRAs (Key Result Areas)

• Creative Conceptualization & Execution
• Independently ideate, conceptualize, and execute creative campaigns, brand identities, marketing collateral, social media assets, and digital advertisements from brief to final delivery.

• Deliver pixel-perfect designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

• Product Packaging Design

· Conceptualize, design, and execute premium product packaging (primary, secondary, gift packs, limited editions, cartons, labels, pouches, bottles, etc.)

· Create dielines, mock-ups, 3D renders, and print-ready artwork with accurate die-cuts, bleeds, varnishes, foiling, embossing specifications

· Design complete packaging ranges and brand extensions while maintaining visual consistency.

• Motion Graphics & Video Content Creation
• Create high-quality motion graphics, explainer videos, promotional videos, social media reels, and animated banners using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools.
• Edit raw footage, add effects, sound design, and deliver broadcast-ready or platform-optimized video content.
• Print & Digital Design Excellence
• Design print materials (brochures, posters, hoardings, packaging, stationery, etc.) and digital assets (website graphics, emailers, app UI elements, banners, infographics).
• Ensure all designs are production-ready and meet technical specifications (CMYK/RGB, bleed, resolution, file formats).
• AI-Enhanced Design Workflow
• Actively leverage latest AI design and generative tools (MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Magnific, etc.) to accelerate ideation, upscaling, background removal, image enhancement, and creative exploration.
• Integrate AI-generated assets seamlessly into professional-grade final deliverables.
• Project Ownership & Deadline Management
• Take complete ownership of assigned projects from concept to final handover.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on or before committed deadlines with zero supervision.
• Team Collaboration & Mentoring
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketing teams, video editors, and junior designers.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentor junior team members when required.
• Quality Assurance & File Management
• Maintain organized project folders, layered source files, and proper versioning.
• Conduct thorough quality checks before final delivery.

Key Skills & Qualifications Required

Essential Technical Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in:
• CorelDRAW (especially for print & large-format design)
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects (mandatory for motion graphics)
• Strong hands-on experience in motion graphics and video editing.
• Working knowledge of latest AI tools (MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, Topaz, Magnific, etc.) for image generation, enhancement, and workflow automation.

Core Competencies:

• Exceptional visual design sense – typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
• Proven ability to work independently on end-to-end projects.
• Excellent time-management skills with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
• Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals is a plus.
• Familiarity with print production processes and digital platform specifications.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field from a reputed institute.

Experience:

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in advertising agencies, design studios, or in-house creative teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print, digital, motion graphics, and AI-integrated projects (mandatory during interview).
