Role Overview:

We're looking for a Digital Growth & SEO Specialist to drive qualified website traffic and optimize our online presence in line with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). The role blends SEO expertise, analytics, and strategic digital marketing to achieve sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SEO initiatives (technical, on-page, off-page) and improve organic performance.
  • Conduct keyword research and align content with ICP and service areas (AI, IoT, software development).
  • Optimize website pages and blogs for visibility, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams for SEO-driven content planning.
  • Use GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Microsoft Clarity and AI tools for performance tracking.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on organic growth, keyword rankings, and ICP insights.
  • Support upcoming paid campaigns with SEO and analytics insights.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years in SEO/digital growth roles, in IT services.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, GSC and more).
  • Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and ICP targeting.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Exposure to international B2B audiences (US, Canada, EU, GCC).
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and automation tools.
