As a Tester, your role is to be the guardian of software perfection. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, using your expertise to craft, execute, and elevate testing reports using state-of-the-art tools and techniques. Your expertise will ensure that new and enhanced systems, along with their intricate interfaces, perform flawlessly.

In this role, you'll be writing and executing test plans and orchestrating automated scripts and programs to unveil the mysteries hidden within the code. You'll dive into the heart of software, understanding its every nook and cranny, and testing it to ensure it behaves exactly as intended. Your eye for detail will spot bugs and integration hiccups before going into a production environment .

Required Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of testing experience in aligned technology or service domain

• Work with project managers, architects, application support teams and business users to drive risk assessment, define test strategies, manage the creation of test designs and test plans, manage test execution throughout the lifecycle and produce relevant test reports.

• Attend client workshops to articulate scope, identify risk areas and mitigations through testing, working with technical and application subject matter experts to build the migration test strategy and approach

• Create the required artefacts (test strategy, test designs, test plans, test schedules and test reports etc)

• Possess strong leadership skills and further the evolution of intellectual capital assets

• Apply Test Methods and Techniques (i.e. risk-based testing)

• Educate, mentor and coach teams in applying test techniques

• Facilitate and capture lessons learned from projects to update methodologies and assets

• Support company initiatives for offerings, contracts, technologies, and go-to-market

• Successfully manage all testing for Customer's transformation projects

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• ISTQB Certification (International Software Testing Qualification Board)
