The ideal candidate should be proficient in English communication and capable of managing day-to-day accounting operations efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain accounts receivable ledgers and follow up with clients for timely collectionsWork on Tally for data entry, ledger posting, and voucher creationPrepare GST returns, TDS filings, and other taxation-related documentationMaintain and reconcile day-to-day financial transactionsGenerate reports and summaries using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding payment updates and clarificationsAssist in audits, maintaining compliance with statutory requirementsTrack invoicing, PO records, and payment status regularlyRequirements:4 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in accounting with a strong focus on receivablesProficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft ExcelGood understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation rulesStrong communication skills in English (verbal and written)Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related fieldAbility to work independently and manage deadlines effectivelyWhat We Offer:Competitive salary based on experienceProfessional work environment and career growth opportunitiesConvenient office location in Marol, Andheri EastExposure to global clients and cross-functional teams
