Job Overview

Irizpro Learning Solutions seeks a Junior Business Analytics Trainer to conduct engaging and comprehensive training sessions in Shivaji Nagar, Pune. This freelance, contract role requires 1 to 3 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for training participants in various business analytics tools and techniques, tailoring sessions to meet the diverse learning needs of participants. Comfortable in in-person classroom trainings.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role demonstrating the ability to deliver high-quality training sessions.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Power BI, and Training methodology (Mandatory skill), showcasing the ability to use these tools effectively in a teaching environment.
  • Experience with Tableau, illustrating the capability to teach and apply data visualization best practices.
  • Proficiency in R and Excel, needed for developing comprehensive engineering solutions and training modules.
  • Ability to develop and deliver interactive and engaging training content to diverse audiences with varying skill levels.
  • Excellent analytical skills demonstrated through the ability to teach statistical analysis concepts and their application in real-world settings.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate effective learning and understanding among trainees, ensuring clarity of concepts.
  • Ability to develop detailed and accurate reports assessing participant engagement and progress throughout the training sessions.

  • Design and deliver training modules on business analytics, emphasizing Python, Power BI, and other necessary tools.
  • Customize training sessions to cater to the unique needs and levels of understanding of participants.
  • Facilitate highly interactive and engaging training sessions that promote participant involvement and learning.
  • Assess and report on participant progress and engagement, providing detailed feedback and tailored development plans.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in business analytics to ensure the most current and relevant training content.
  • Interact with participants to understand their training needs and design sessions that address these requirements effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to refine and improve training programs and outcomes.
  • Ensure training delivery aligns with Irizpro's standards of quality and excellence in an e-learning environment.
