Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Site Coordinator to oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Billing, BOQ preparation, Costing, AutoCAD, Electrical & Mechanical coordination, and day-to-day project monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site project activities to ensure timely completion as per project schedule.
  • Prepare and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities), material estimation, and project costing.
  • Monitor daily site progress, manpower, material, and equipment utilization.
  • Assist in client billing, subcontractor billing, and documentation of measurement sheets.
  • Coordinate between site team, design team, and head office for smooth project execution.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD) and ensure work execution as per approved plans.
  • Manage electrical, mechanical, and civil coordination at site level.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and present updates to management.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards at all times.
  • Handle technical data, documentation, and maintain project records systematically.
  • Proficiently use MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • 58 years of experience in site coordination within infrastructure or industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Billing, BOQ, Costing, AutoCAD, and project handling.
  • Excellent understanding of Electrical and Mechanical systems.
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.
