Senior Content Strategist
to lead growth for some of the world's biggest YouTube creators. We're helping them fill this position.

If you're passionate about YouTube strategy and have a proven track record scaling creator channels, this is the right role for you.

Requirements:

  • You have deep experience working directly with YouTube creators who have personally relied on you for long-form strategy
  • You've achieved proven, tangible results scaling creator channels to significant size
  • You possess demonstrated ability to guide and mentor creators at the highest level
  • You have comprehensive understanding of the full YouTube content process: concept development, production, editing, retention optimization, packaging, and distribution
  • You combine strong creative instincts with solid business acumen
  • Your past work aligns with Fixated's vision of scaling top-tier creators through innovative systems
  • You're based in Los Angeles or available on-site (preferred), though fully remote will be considered for exceptional candidates
  • You're comfortable working with content across lifestyle vlogs, comedy, entertainment, gaming, IRL, and challenge formats
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom) is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor your dedicated pod including strategists, editors, designers, and operations managers
  • Apply proven strategies combined with Fixated's proprietary growth models used by the top 1% of creators
  • Partner with Fixated's management, brand, and business development teams to expand monetization opportunities
  • Serve as a trusted mentor to both your assigned creators and your pod team members
  • Drive seamless collaboration between creators and Fixated's infrastructure for scalable, long-term growth
  • Oversee content distribution, audience retention strategies, and content repurposing initiatives
  • Ensure creators benefit from the full range of Fixated's systems, resources, and industry network
  • Focus on multiplying revenue opportunities and strengthening creator businesses beyond just views

Compensation:
$80,000 - $120,000 per year
