Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on online platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Indiamart, company website, etc.).
  • Upload new products with proper descriptions, specifications, and high-quality images.
  • Monitor daily orders, ensure timely dispatch, and coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns efficiently.
  • Track and analyze online sales performance and prepare sales reports.
  • Optimize product visibility and ranking through SEO and keyword strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketing for digital campaigns, offers, and seasonal promotions.
  • Stay updated with trends and competitor activities in the e-commerce space.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Diploma in Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
  • 45 years of experience in managing e-commerce portals (B2B or B2C).
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Dashboard, and other online platforms.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
