Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Saket, Delhi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage our online presence, engage with our audience, and strengthen our brand across all social platforms. The ideal candidate will plan, create, and execute social media strategies that drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and update content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
  • Plan monthly social media calendars and ensure timely posting.
  • Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries promptly.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams for campaigns.
  • Run social media ads and optimize for performance (optional if applicable).
  • Maintain brand consistency in visuals, tone, and messaging.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
  • Knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, video editing apps, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred).
  • Certification in Digital Marketing/Social Media (added advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
