Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Manager at Balarka Fabricon Pvt. Ltd., located in Delhi, India. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing sales teams, conducting market analysis, coordinating with clients, and ensuring effective communication between the sales and production departments. The role will also involve setting sales targets, developing promotional materials, and overseeing digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing marketing strategies, sales management, and market analysis
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and promotional material development
  • Ability to set and achieve sales targets
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the steel fabrication or construction industry is a plus
