Injection Moulding Machine Operator

We are looking to hire a skilled Injection Molding Machine Operator for our production facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating injection molding machines with strong knowledge of machine parameters and processing settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Set, adjust, and optimize machine parameters as per product requirements.
- Perform mold loading and unloading safely and accurately.
- Identify and troubleshoot machine or processing issues.
- Handle and understand different plastic raw materials and their processing characteristics.
- Maintain quality standards by checking molded parts as per specifications.
- Ensure proper machine cleanliness, mold care, and adherence to safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Experience in injection molding machine operation (preferred).
- Knowledge of machine settings, parameters, and basic troubleshooting.
- Understanding of plastic materials and their processing behavior.
- Ability to load/unload molds and follow SOPs.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
