Role & responsibilities

Planning and Billing Engineer in an infrastructure company, particularly a NICMAR graduate with 5-10 yrs experience.

Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using project management software like Primavera P6 or MS Project .

Coordinate with site teams, procurement, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment of project timelines and goals.Track project milestones, analyze deviations from the baseline plan, identify potential delays or risks, and propose corrective action plans.Prepare various progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and "look-ahead" plans) for internal use and client reporting.Assist in resource planning, allocation, and tracking productivity to meet project deadlines.

Billing and Quantity Surveying

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Post Graduate Diploma/Advanced Construction Management certification from NICMAR is a strong preference/requirement. Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project), financial management tools/ERP software, and MS Excel for detailed reporting and data analysis
