Job Description 

  • 5+ experience with high level AWS, Azure AD and O365. 

  • Good knowledge of common system administration tools of (Scripting, Firewall, Load balancers, DNS, TCP/IP and Storage). 

  • Experience in application administration, architecture and Product/Application deployment processes with multiple clients/stakeholders. 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a cross-functional team. 

  • Able to handle multiple tasks and possess proper time management skills with a focus on establishing priorities. 

  • Ability to work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of various factors which often require interdisciplinary collaboration. 

  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams. Experience working in a culturally diverse environment. 

  • Knowledge of Change Control/RFC processes. Ticketing Tool. 

  • Experience in disaster recovery at Data Centre or Cloud Services. 

Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for the configuration, installation, upgrades, performance monitoring, security, and continual improvement of our servers and applications. 

  • Responsible for supporting our systems and applications, including AWS, Azure Active Directory, Virtualization, VMware, Windows and Linux Environment. 

  • Responsible for managing servers and performing day to day activity like package creation, patch deployment. 

  • Responsible for deployment of new solutions by following documented processes. 

  • Maintain current working knowledge in systems and hardware and incorporate new developments into the future systems of the organization. 

Good to have 

  • Certification on AWS and Azure Cloud Fundamental is plus 

Work Timing 

  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time / 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM India Time - India time shift by an hour based on day light saving in USA.
