As the Senior Product Manager, you will own the Durlabh Darshan app end-to-enddriving product vision, user engagement, retention strategy, and monetisation funnels for a high-growth B2C spiritual app.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product roadmap using consumer behaviour insights, funnel analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Track and optimise core B2C app metrics: DAU/MAU, D1/D7/D30 retention, session time, stickiness ratio, activation rate, and engagement depth across key features.
  • Build and enhance engagement features such as streaks, gamification, recommendations, and personalised spiritual journeys.
  • Own the monetisation funnel: free-to-premium conversions, subscription optimisation, purchase triggers, paywall performance, and drop-off resolution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Content, and Marketing to ship high-quality product releases.

Requirements

  • Degree from Tier-1 institutes (IITs, IIMs, NITs, etc. ).
  • 4+ years in product management for B2C apps.
  • Mandatory: 2+ years in OTT, E-commerce, Social, Gaming, or content-driven platforms.
  • Proven experience in improving retention, user activation, and monetisation through data and user insights.
  • Strong skills in funnels, segmentation, cohorts, A/B testing, and behavioural analytics.
  • 0-to-1 or early-stage startup experience.
  • Interest in AR/VR and emerging technologies.
  • Technical background or previous development experience.
  • Experience leveraging AI for recommendations or content workflows.
