Your Role
  • Deploy and administer AD Domain Services on Windows Server 2012/2016.
  • Secure AD DS deployments and manage business continuity.
  • Configure AD DS sites and replication.
  • Implement data access features: Workplace Join, Dynamic Access Control, Work Folders.
  • Configure and manage ADFS prerequisites and PKI.
  • Implement claim-based authentication (single org & B2B).
  • Deploy advanced ADFS scenarios and troubleshoot issues.
  • Manage identity synchronization and federation with Entra ID.
  • AD concepts: security groups, OU structure, inheritance.
  • Windows Registry and system-level configurations.
  • Windows Server versions: 2008, 2012, 2016.
  • Backup solutions and patching/antivirus tools.
  • Migration and consolidation projects.
Your Profile
  • Hands-on experience in managing and administering Active Directory (AD), ADFS, and Entra ID/Connect technologies.
  • Expertise in Windows Server 2012/2016 environments, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of AD DS services.
  • Skilled in AD environment mergers, demergers, and migrations using tools like ADMT and Quest Migration Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Group Policy Objects (GPOs), OU structures, security group memberships, and AD replication.
  • Experience with Entra ID Connect for hybrid identity management and synchronization across on-prem and cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of AD CS, AD LDS, and securing data access using Workplace Join, Dynamic Access Control, and Work Folders.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in identity and access management scenarios.
  • Familiarity with Windows Registry modifications and system-level configurations.
  • Experience with backup solutions, patching, and antivirus tools across enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills; adept at working in 24x7 operations and cross-cultural teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, including Visio and Project, for technical documentation and planning.
  • Flexible, proactive, and a strong team player with a continuous learning mindset.
