Job Purpose

Someone who has B2C/B2B digital experiences across web & mobile. The incumbent will be responsible to work in a continuous improvement model with tech, product, design, analytics & business teams and build intuitive, memorable & scalable experiences. He/she should be willing to focus on self, team and the design chapter with core focus on the deliverables of your squad/team.

Responsibilities

1. looking at primary and secondary research and manage multiple projects at the same time via the embedded designers

2. Have deep experience in concept and usability testing, design thinking, wireframing, prototyping and understand branding, identity design, digital marketing

3. Have deep experience in creating personas through user research and data, defining the right interaction model and evaluating its success, developing wireframes and prototypes around customer needs

4. Find creative ways to solve UX/UI problems (e.g. usability, findability, human experience led, transformative design)

5. Work with UI designers to implement memorable, high attention to detail & high craftsmanship in designs. Exhibit exceptional leadership skills. Have strong time, project & stakeholder management skills

6. Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers, business and other stakeholders across digital. Maintain detailed design documents like design system, chapter charter, etc. 

7. Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends

Requirements and skills

1. Conducted end-to-end user research - IDI, GDs (preferably both offline and online)

2. Strong portfolio of design projects (consumer preferred, enterprise, trade & retail also works)

3. Background in project management and managing in-house/external design teams in high intensity growth environments

4. Proficient with interaction design and information architecture

5. Proficient in SDLC softwares like Figma, Zeplin, JIRA, Adobe CS & Google Suite is a must 

6. Knowledge of HTML/CSS; Flutter, JavaScript is a plus

7. Problem-solving aptitude

8. Analytical mind with an interest in business systems and process is a must have

9. Excellent communication & presentation skills

Must have technical/
professional qualification

Design/Engineering degree with 8+ years of work experience MBA or Masters would also be a preferable qualification
