Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Flutter Intern to join our development team and contribute to the design and development of high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work with modern tools and technologies in Flutter and Dart, while gaining real-world experience in shipping production-ready features.

As a Flutter Intern, you will collaborate with our engineering, design, and product teams to build user-centric experiences that are scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized. You'll be involved in the full development lifecycle—from ideation and UI implementation to API integration, testing, and deployment. This internship is ideal for someone who has eager to learn, and excited to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities / What You'll Do

• Develop high-quality, responsive, and pixel-perfect user interfaces using Flutter based on UI/UX designs, wireframes, and mockups. Ensure cross-platform consistency and seamless user experiences across iOS and Android.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services, handle JSON parsing, manage error states, and implement offline support. Leverage state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod to maintain scalable and maintainable application architecture.
• Conduct profiling and performance tuning to optimize memory usage, CPU efficiency, and application startup time. Write and maintain unit tests and widget tests to ensure app reliability across various devices and environments.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including backend developers, designers, QA, and product managers to deliver robust features. Participate in code reviews, adhere to coding standards, and maintain clear documentation for APIs, components, release notes, and architectural decisions.

What We are Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 institute
• 0–1 year of work experience (internship or project exposure in consulting, startups is a plus)
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Dart and Flutter framework (widgets, layouts, async, navigation)
• Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software design principles
• Familiarity with state management approaches (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.)
• Experience (or willingness to learn) integration with REST APIs / JSON handling
• Ability to write clean, modular, maintainable code
• Basic exposure to Git / version control workflows
• Good debugging skills and curiosity to investigate issues
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a team
