Job Title: Sales Officer FMCG (General Trade)

Location: Mathura, Ghaziabad, Gautam Budh Nagar, Bulandshahr, Faridabad, Palwal

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary Range: As per Industry Standards + DA + TA + Incentives

Working Days: 6 days/week

Reporting To: Area Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Officer to join our General Trade (GT) FMCG division, covering key product categories such as Snacks, Namkeen, Home Care, Personal Care, and Kitchen Care.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FMCG sales, dealer/distributor management, and local market activation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive primary and secondary sales across assigned territories.
  • Appoint, manage, and grow distributors in the assigned area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and channel partners.
  • Ensure product visibility, availability, and placement at all outlets.
  • Plan and execute market activation, promotions, and visibility drives.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide market feedback, competitor intelligence, and distribution gaps to management.
  • Ensure collection efficiency and adherence to credit norms.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 3–5 years of FMCG GT experience, preferably in Namkeen, Snacks, Home Care, or Personal Care categories.
  • Experience with leading FMCG brands
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
