About the role: The platform engineer is responsible for supporting our Windows systems infrastructure across the enterprise to ensure our services are reliable, secure , s calable and performant . T he role involves effectively working with other cross -functional teams within the organization to meet business objectives .

What youll do:

  • D eploy and support Windows systems infrastructure and associated services i.e Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS services etc.

  • Ut ilize scripting and programming languages to automate daily task s

  • Leverage infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible or similar technologies to manage the infrastructure

  • P articipate in incident management processes, quickly identifying and resolving issues. Join in root cause analysis to prevent future incidents

  • Analyze and optimize system performance using monitoring and logging tools. Work to improve response times and decrease downtime .

  • Collaborate with Cyber security and other teams to remediate vulnerabilities in alignment with policy

  • Monitor infrastructure and a nalyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes and procedures and share with team

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

What youll bring:

  • 2 + years of experience leveraging automation to manag e Windows systems and infrastructure

  • K nowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure

  • Experience with infrastructure as code ( IaC ) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation

  • T echnical experience implementing, managing and supporting windows systems infrastructure

  • Experience using one or more programming langu ages (Python, Powershell )

  • Able to work flexible hours as required by business priorities; Available on a 24x7x365 basis when needed for production impacting incidents or key customer events .
