Job Title: Billing Executive – Accounts Department

Experience Required: 1– 2 Years

Job Summary:

The Billing Executive will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and maintaining accurate billing records and invoices. The role involves close coordination with the accounts and sales departments to ensure timely billing, payment follow-ups, and proper record management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately and on time.
  • Verify client purchase orders and delivery challans before billing.
  • Maintain billing records and reconcile them with accounts data.
  • Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Handle credit/debit notes, GST invoicing, and e-way bill generation.
  • Record and track customer payments, advances, and outstanding balances.
  • Prepare billing reports and assist in monthly closing activities.
  • Support in internal and external audits related to billing.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Tally and Excel
  • Good understanding of accounting and billing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
