Hiring: Home Nurse – Bridge Home Care

Location: Across Kerala

Bridge Home Care is expanding its home healthcare services and is looking for skilled and compassionate Home Nurses to join our dedicated care team. If you are passionate about providing personalized patient care at home, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide professional nursing care to patients at their homes
  • Assist with daily activities such as mobility support, hygiene care, feeding, and medication
  • Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition
  • Support patients with post-surgical care, chronic illness management, and rehabilitation
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and observations
  • Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and the Bridge Home Care team to ensure quality service
  • Ensure patient comfort, safety, and emotional well-being

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in nursing (hospital or home care)
  • Qualification: ANM / GNM / BSc Nursing/others
  • Strong patient-handling and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in home care settings
  • Willingness to travel within Kerala based on assignment
