Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Manager positioned in Pune. The Quality Manager will lead and oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring all products meet the company's exacting standards and client requirements. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting inspections, monitoring production to ensure compliance with industry and safety standards, managing quality audits, and leading efforts to resolve any quality-related issues. The role involves close collaboration with production teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain and improve quality across all processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in quality assurance processes, quality control systems, and conducting audits
  • Knowledge of production processes, including CNC machining, and other advanced manufacturing techniques
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Effective team leadership and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present recommendations
  • Familiarity with industry-specific standards and regulatory compliance
  • Relevant educational background in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing/engineering setting is preferred
